Be sure to stop by our Old Gregg School Lending Library the next time you're in Spring Mills or when visiting the Old Gregg School Community and Recreation Center.

Supported by various local Scout organizations, you'll find that our lending library is open whenever the center is open. We operate on the honor system (no check out required) ... Just borrow and kindly return.

We have a variety of books on all subjects and genres. Feel free to stay and read at the center or check your books out to read at home and then please return them.

Senior Citizen Activities

Held Every Wednesday

Every Wednesday from 9:00 am until noon, there are refreshments, enjoyable games, and general socialization activities for adults that take place in the Old Gregg School Lending Library.

Come and meet with old friends and make a few new friends. Learn a new game and enjoy a cup of coffee and some great conversation. This gathering is FREE of charge.

Pre-School Story Hour

Our Pre-School STORY HOUR sessions ended

But STORY HOUR will return this FALL!

Beginning in January 2011, a series of FREE Pre-School STORY HOUR sessions were offered every Saturday in the Old Gregg School Lending Library from 10:00 - 11:00 am, during The Old Gregg School Farmers Market.

There were stories, crafts, and so much more!

Story Hour was sponsored by local Girl Scout Troop #1224, as a Cadet Troop Book Project. Two girl scouts and their leader, Kerri Kubalak, provided a story hour for pre-schoolers each Saturday from January 2011 through March 2011.
